Distributed photovoltaic power generation has now spread across all five regions of Brazil, with an installed capacity of 8.4 GW, accounting for 99.9% of all self-owned power generation facilities. Since 2012, it has driven investment of more than 42.4 billion reais, tax revenue has reached 10.6 billion reais, and accumulated more than 251,000 jobs.
